Duties:
- Managing and maintaining appointments, travel arrangements and diaries
- Preparation of letters, presentations and other documents
- Assist with daytoday support of the CEO and projects
- General office duties; answering telephone, handling post and paperwork duties, and issuing accurate messages etc.
- Effective and timely reporting of projects and updates
- Boardroom/meeting management along with refreshments
- Other duties as required
Skills required:
- Experience working as a PA or EA
- Proven Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to work proactively and identify areas to support
- Conduct work in confidential manner
- Good time management
- Good organisational skills
