ROLE OVERVIEW:


Croud is a digital marketing agency with a unique business model, recently named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2023.


We are looking for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about people and has a strong interest in digital marketing.


The primary purpose of this role is to
provide support in managing the Croudie Network, while also
assisting with operational support and office administration activities.

This role will also
provide support for operational functions related to Croud Campus activities. This includes tasks such as
documentation and monitoring of processes.

Croud operates a
hybrid working model with a minimum of 3
days a week based in our
Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support and manage the onboarding process for Croudies, starting from the recruitment phase all the way through onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition as they go live on the network
  • Manage Croudie Network housekeeping activities to ensure active Croudies remain engaged and invested in the network
  • Assist the Network Operations Manager in implementing network initiatives, including referral programs, webinars, and blog activities
  • Collaborate with inhouse teams to identify and select the most suitable Croudies for specific projects
  • Provide support to the Training team by contributing to Croud Campus content development and building projectrelated resources
  • Provide support for the Croudie Network ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Assist in the development and improvement of the Croudie Network Help Centre and other communication channels
  • Support the delivery of training sessions and webinars for Croudies to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Take ownership of ad hoc Croudie Network projects as assigned

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Alevel or equivalent education
  • Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Natural problemsolving abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Proven track record of working well in a team environment

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
