About the role
We're seeking a
Senior Independent End Point Assessor (SIEPA) in Healthcare to join our End Point Assessment Team.


You'll be working as part of a dedicated, flexible team, where you can use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others.

Added to this, you will be at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE work with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.


As a Senior IEPA, you'll work accurately within a fast-paced environment as we continue to build and maintain a brand-new business.

You'll also work as a sector specialist to deliver quality assessments and internal quality assurance within a team of IEPA's.


How you'll make an impact

:


  • Delivering the internal quality assurance function within the team
  • Planning and delivery of relevant standardisations
  • Supporting the Delivery Manager with performance management
  • Mentoring and coaching new and existing members of the team

We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following

:


  • An Assessor qualification
  • A relevant IQA qualification (or working towards)

Experience of working in a health setting within the last 2 years. Be occupationally competent across the standards we deliver and hold qualifications higher than the apprenticeship being assessed.

A Healthcare qualification (level 5 or equivalent)
