Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a
Senior Care Lead (Days) to join their friendly
Residential Care Home on the
Isle of Wight

Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Experience administering medication
Experience caring for individuals in a health care setting, including completing personal care and understanding dementia and mental health needs
Experience leading and managing a team
A kind, compassionate and patient nature
Understanding CQC national minimum standards and key care principles

The role entails:

Leading a team of care workers to ensure that the best possible care is provided
Administering medication to residents
Providing personal care to residents, ensuring that you are mindful of each client's individual needs
Assisting with the training of junior carers
Liaising with GP's, District Nurses, etc.

**The salary for this role is between £22,000 - £25,000 (£11.19 per hour Weekdays, £12.19 per hour Weekends)
