Senior Support Worker / Nuneaton / £32,000 p/a

Job Details:


  • Senior Support Worker
  • Working for a wellestablished organisation that specialises in support for children and young people within OFSTEDregulated care homes.
  • Support up to 5 young people with EBD.
  • Supporting young people aged between 7 1
  • Provide therapeutic support, working towards positive outcomes for all young people
  • Work within a staff team of support workers, seniors, deputy managers and a registered manager
  • Ensure all support given meets OFSTED standards
  • Support children and young within the home and in the community
  • Arranging and taking part in activities
  • Managing, updating and following care plans
  • Overseeing a team of support workers
  • The home is based in Nuneaton.
  • Opportunity for progression to a Deputy Manager role down the line.

Pay Details:

- £32,000 p/a

  • Sleep in rate £6
  • Hourly Rate £12.98

Contract Details:


  • Fulltime, permanent contract
  • 40 hours per week
  • Mon-Sun


  • Variable Rota

  • Flexible
  • You MUST be willing to carry out personal care duties
  • You MUST be a driver as you will be required to transport the young people from time
to time

  • You MUST be an empathetic and relatable person, have good listening and communication skills, and a natural instinct to help others
  • You MUST be able to commute to Nuneaton
