Grantham and District Mencap are looking for people with a caring, enthusiastic and committed approach to care to fill one permanent post, 32.5 hours a week.

The position is Monday to Friday at Day Services Cree Centre.

The ladies and gentlemen you will be caring for all have learning disabilities and some also have physical and/or emotional disabilities.

A full induction will be given.

Hourly rate of pay is 9.61.

Responsibilities and Duties
You must be flexible and have a genuine desire to support people to achieve their aspirations.

You will work with a team of staff to support people to meet their individual needs; promoting dignity, independence, health and well-being.

You will be required to undertake training through a variety of sources including internal, external and online.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience working in care is desirable. A full UK Driving license would be desirable.
