Description

A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior IFA support for a successful small IFA in the outskirts of Glasgow.

You will be responsible for providing tailored support to Advisers
Diary management, coordinating the Financial Adviser diary and acting as first point of contact clients requesting first time appointments, ad hoc appointments, and annual reviews
Manage New Business Pipeline and Applications from outset through to completion
Responsible for Advisers annual review process
Client servicing eg switches, rebalance, withdrawals etc.
Compiled suitability reports for New Business cases
Research and cash flow modelling using a range systems and research tools

Be highly organised & methodical with excellent attention to detail.
Have excellent communication, numerical and IT skills.
Experience with some, or all, of the following Investment Platform; Abrdn, M&G and True Potential would be beneficial.
