Reporting to the CASS Director


Responsibilities of the Position:


  • Being the initial point of contact for CASS queries and requests for information in Glasgow
  • Assisting the CASS Manager and CASS Oversight Director in investigating CASS breaches and incidents
  • Identifying process enhancements to improve the CASS control framework across the group
  • Maintaining an up to date log of CASS breaches and incidents
  • Ensure a high quality client service is delivered to all clients
  • Assisting the CASS Manager with drafting monthly MI and reports for Board and senior management meetings
  • Assisting the CASS Oversight Director in delivering CASS training to the other internal teams
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the risks to clients within their operation and how these will be mitigated

Background of the Position:
  • Knowledge of CASS 6, 7 & 8 rules
  • Experience of Auditing would be advantageous
  • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the FCA's CASS rules
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and project manage multiple projects
  • Proficient at presenting and communicating information to a diverse audience
