The One Group are recruiting for an accounts payable assistant based in Desford for a huge name within the manufacturing industry.

This opportunity presents a six month temporary contract, that is likely to be extended further with business growth and development.


  • Process purchase invoices and credits onto the Accounts Payable Ledger
  • Account for the correct treatment of VAT, where applicable
  • Carry out supplier statement reconciliations and resolve differences
  • Verify details on the invoice match delivery details, quantities and price.


Our client will also consider a finance and accounting graduate for this position, as long as you have strong attention to detail, a confident and ambitious manner and have strong excel skills.

With a generous hourly rate of £16.71 per hour and hybrid working options, you will feel the benefit of working in this long term temporary position as well as gaining a broader exposure to AP.
