Design and develop training programs aligned with learner and organizational objectives.- Deliver accounting training through virtual training, and onthejob coaching.
- Provide clear explanations of accounting concepts, principles, and practices.
- Utilize diverse instructional techniques and materials to engage learners.
- Adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to foster growth in accounting skills.
- Stay updated with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs.
- Provide technical support to learners during and after training sessions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and metrics.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in accounting and incorporate updates into training materials.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance accounting and training knowledge.
- Software knowledge of Sage, XERO, QuickBooks suitable
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
