Description
Design and develop training programs aligned with learner and organizational objectives.

  • Deliver accounting training through virtual training, and onthejob coaching.
  • Provide clear explanations of accounting concepts, principles, and practices.
  • Utilize diverse instructional techniques and materials to engage learners.
  • Adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Assess learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests.
  • Offer constructive feedback and guidance to foster growth in accounting skills.
  • Stay updated with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs.
  • Provide technical support to learners during and after training sessions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and metrics.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in accounting and incorporate updates into training materials.
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance accounting and training knowledge.
  • Software knowledge of Sage, XERO, QuickBooks suitable

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
