Job Title:
Contract Hire Sales Executive

Location:
Slough

Salary:
£ £28000 (plus excellent benefits)

  • Help test and have input on the new IT system, collaborating with the project team to contribute a robust solution and maintaining a continuous improvement ethos
  • Be part of the team setting up and implementing a new system that will enable the business to take a new company to market
  • Manage all leads, make contact with customers and complete initial dialogue and fact find
  • Have an effective 'follow up' and 'follow through' to conclusion process for all enquires
  • Convert enquiries into orders to achieve company targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with companies 'Secure', 'keep' and 'nurture' approach to customer growth and retention mantra
  • Be able to manage any complaints making sure to be compliant, empathetic and effective in line with company complaints policy and procedures

Experience Required:


  • Discernible experience in a regulated and nonregulated Contract Hire environment
  • A proven track record in the sales space
  • Strong objection handling and cross sales skills to create 'best outcomes'
  • Ability to collaborate with and motivate colleagues in a 'startup' and 'managed for growth' environment
  • Be ambitious, enthusiastic and a motivated as well as a strong team member
