Ignite Search & Selection are looking for specialist Recruitment consultants to join the team in the Essex office. Our company specialises in recruiting for the construction industry nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Build excellent relationships within your area and work with us to make you a market leader within your space.
• Carry out the full recruitment process by sourcing & screening applicants, scheduling interviews, closing offers, help in preparing offer letters etc
• Build relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
• Bring on new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
• Be the first point of contact for all applicants
• Working experience and a passion for your chosen area.
• Ambitious
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate job roles and client requirements with ease
• Intelligent with a can do attitude
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask and juggle day to day tasks and projects.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
