My client is one of UK's leading health companies.


Role Overview

  • Admin & Secretarial team Manager is responsible for daytoday management of the team and functions ensuring that activities are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
  • The role includes all forms of communication with both internal and external parties including Clients, their employees, Network suppliers and all internal departments.
  • The role is evolving across the Group with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge across the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Line management of Admin and Secretarial teams including absence management and planning, supporting growth and development of team including annual appraisals and general daytoday line management.
  • To ensure workflow is planned, managed and undertaken by the teams in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure established processes and policies are adhered to
  • Work with HOD to continuously improve and streamline processes
  • Optimise and encourage the use of all IT systems used in the delivery including OH system (currently eOpas), Lantum (resource planning) and Sharepoint ensuring that work is accurately recorded and billed in a timely manner.
  • Accurate and timely Management reporting using Power BI.
  • Recruiting and training team personnel where required allocating responsibilities, liaising with IT & HR on on/offboarding requirements.

Requirements
Experience

  • Experience of managing in an administrative/service delivery function.
  • Excellent workable knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Desired understanding of reporting using PowerBI.
