Our client is a Boutique Hotel and wedding Venue. We are looking for a talented Banqueting Sous Chef to join their passionate team.

They are known for their high standard of food, and cater for corporate events, as well as weddings and functions.

They arewell established in the local area, and have won numerous awards for their cuisine.


They are looking for a strong and creative event chef to join their team, someone who is confident and innovative, and who has a fresh, modern take on catering.

They are ideally looking for someone with an events / banqueting background, and as they do busyfunctions catering for large numbers, the ideal chef will need to be organised, remaining calm under pressure, and a team player.


The successful Banqueting Sous Chef will be able to demonstrate an events/banqueting background, and have flair and originality to bring to the team.

The Chef must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections, and have knowledge of stock taking,GP's and hygiene legislation.

Due to the location of the position, a car driver will be essential.
