We are seeking a Lecturer in Beauty to join our team at our Crewe Campus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Lecturer to provide learners with an outstanding learning experience. This post is open to both experienced teachers and those aspiring to become a teacher.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and teach on a range of Beauty Courses up to Level 3;
  • Contribute to aspirational teaching, learning and assessment; _and_
  • Keep accurate records for learners' progress in College and the workplace.

Key Person Specification Requirements:


  • Level 3 or above industry relevant qualifications;
  • Assessor Qualification
  • Teacher trained _(PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd)_ or working towards;
  • GCSE Grade C _(4/5)_ in English and Maths _(or equivalent_);
  • A1/V1 _(or willingness to work towards);_
  • Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements;
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
  • Experience of working in Further Education;
  • Uptodate occupational experience; _and_
  • Enhanced DBS check
