Sales Executive


Location:
Bloxwich, Walsall


Contract: 37.5 Hours Per Week


Salary:
£18,000 - £29,000 Per Annum DOE


Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive on behalf of a family run funeral & memorial wholesale business based in Bloxwich, Walsall.

As an Account Representative, you will be employed to drive company sales by buildingand maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.


Duties:


  • Selling memorial products and services to existing wholesale clients, and relaying client feedback to management.
  • Answer clients' questions and address their concerns.
  • Demonstrate innovative ways to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop creative and resourceful methods of sourcing new clients.
  • Working with an inhouse CRM system
  • Logging any sales leads, completed sales onto CRM
  • Preparing and submitting quotes, orders, contracts and various other documents to clients.
  • Resolving client complaints in a professional manner and reporting them to management as required.
  • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Salary & Contract:


Salary:
Negotiable - £18,000 - £29,000 DOE + Overtime & Optional Saturday work


Contract: 37.5 Hours Per Week
