We're looking for someone who enjoys client interaction on a technical level. Being able to write technical documentation and having an understanding of web-based technology is preferred.What you will be doing
- Supporting our end users who work for energy companies throughout the UK and South East Asia.
- Providing 2nd Line technical support to client Focal Points.
- Providing a layer between clients and our Development Team, while assisting the management team with business improvement.
- Writing supporting documentation, aimed at both nontechnical and technical users.
Working Hours
We work a 9.5 day fortnight. Every second Friday is a half day
Week 1:
Monday - Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Week 2:
Monday - Thursday - 9:00am to 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am to 1pm
