JOB TITLE:
Project Administrator


LOCATION:
Cheddar, Somerset


SALARY:
up to £23,000 DOE


HOURS:8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Projects and Planning Manager by coordinating and administrating aspects for a project from beginning to end.

You will work closely with the team to ensure the steps to deliveron each project are taken and delivered to the required standard.

You will need to utilise impeccable customer service and communication skills to drive each project forward and problem solve any issues along the way.


KEY DUTIES:


  • Administrate tasks using internal CRM / PMS
  • Contribute and gather information for the learning and evaluation process for the team
  • Administrate the recording of project budgets
  • Export Status reports and support the report analysis for Internal Stakeholders and Client / External Stakeholders
  • Support the administration for reporting and collaborating
  • Uploading project plan information into the PMS
  • Documenting the project plan and assisting the task creation for the delivery teams
  • Attend factory, warehouse and other supplier / client visits
  • Provide documentation creation tasks, such as documenting presentations
  • Diary Coordination
  • Conduct tasks on site and support activities in connection with promotions
  • Generate project documents and project stationery for projects
  • Document Terms and Conditions and provide filing functions
  • Administrate client billing schedules
  • Support preparation for client/company presentations & document agendas and meeting notes for meetings
  • Be responsible for documenting and reporting noncompliance and risk management
  • Be responsible for implementation of company processes and procedures (in line with ISO standards)
  • Provide essential support in project task function (e.g. moderation/judging)
  • Adapting to tasks across multiple projects rather than being responsible for a small cluster of clients
  • Stock orders for clients
  • Stock management / stock takes
  • Pallet Wrapping, Pallet building and handling of items in warehouse
