Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining the overall project plan, maintaining all project logs including: the Action log, Change log, Issues Log and the Risk Log.

You will support the logistics and supply chain project managers to provide project administration control.

What You'll Do:

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Creates and manages the overall project plan. Consolidates Workstream project plans of a single overall project plan in MS Project
  • Maps and inputs all dependencies (Predecessors and Successors) across all workstreams into the project plan
  • Develop report templates and formats required for the project as requested by the Project manager
  • Arrange and hold weekly project plan updates with each workstream lead and updating the consolidated project plan accordingly.
  • Monitors project task completion and ensure progress is made to plan and adjustments made whenever necessary.

What You'll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working with PMO and/or project providing project support
  • Ideally brings experience of supply chain and logistics
  • MS Project Superuser level
  • Communication skills and relationship building skills to maintain cooperation across the wider project.
  • Microsoft Excel user able to consolidate and translate and rework project related data
