Description

What the Customer Service Advisor will be doing:

  • Checking all funding documentation is received and correct.
  • Develop and manage relationships with our key introducers
  • Funding significant volumes of introduced business.
  • Phoning the Broker, Leisure & Specialist networks to complete unresolved funds.
  • Identifying potential fraudulent proofs, suspicious activity and liaise with the Financial Crime Team.
  • Liaising with Broker, Leisure & Specialist Sales staff, Brokers and Dealers and other business areas where necessary.
  • Inbound and Outbound customer telephony calls
  • Deal with or escalate any identified risks in relation to the client's risk policies and/or legislative and regulatory guidelines in accordance with the clients risk framework.

What the Customer Service Advisor could look like:

  • A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
