ResponsibilitiesCredit Controller - Fiduciary Accounts (12 Month FTC)**Aon are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our team for a 12 month FTC. This is a hybrid position and can be based in London, Chelmsford or our Humberside office and will also see you working virtually at home.

The Credit Controller will be primarily responsible for voice Credit Control relating to the Aon Retail portfolio delivering enhanced cash flow and reducing debtors.

To provide a contact point for external Customers as an interface to the Account Handler whoperforms the day to day management of the Fiduciary ledger.

Be accountable for contacting a set number of clients per day with a view to improve Credit Control, demonstrated by monthly important metrics.

Provide support to the Team Lead and ensure functionsare fulfilled within the agreed standards and timescales as prescribed by Aon.

What the day will look like:

  • Performing a daily review of the outstanding Premium report;
  • Performing telephony Credit Control for a specific range of Clients;
  • Ensuring that the Client has committed to pay by the due date;
  • Documenting any reasons for late payment and raise any necessary queries with in the business;
  • Escalating any issues to the Team Lead that may impact payment performance;
  • Actively developing a professional relationship with contacts;
  • Working towards the Aon important metrics and ensure targets are achieved;
  • Being available to attend adhoc meetings with the Team Leader or Accounts Manager on material issues impacting service;
  • Query management and resolution;
  • Cash management;
  • Working in conjunction with our offshore provider regarding all fiduciary processes, including payments, allocations, reconciliations, queries and statementing;
