RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager
  • Ability to work in ServiceNow proposals by creating High Level and Low-Level Design Document
  • Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
  • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
  • Ability to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through selfstudy and utilization of available training

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Handson with ServiceNow and ability to train rest of the team for various technical roles(SystemAdmin, Developer, Implementation Specialist.) required for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Advanced experience in ITBM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, HRSD, CSM and Scope Applications
  • Experience in working with Telecom customers a plus
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other technologies through best practice integration methods like REST APIs, SOAP etc.

Salary:
Up to £70,000.00 per year

  • Belfast City Centre: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • ServiceNow: 9 years (preferred)
  • ITBM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, HRSD,

CSM:
6 years (preferred)

  • REST APIs,

SOAP:
3 years (preferred)
Implementation Specialist: 7 years (preferred)
