Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our amazing employees.

From calculating wages, benefits, and deductions to staying on top of tax regulations, you'll be our go-to payroll guru.


But that's not all - you'll get to collaborate with our fabulous HR and Finance teams to ensure a seamless integration of all things payroll.

Got a knack for solving puzzles? You'll be our go-to person for resolving any payroll discrepancies and answering those burning employee payroll questions. We trust you to handle it like a pro

expertise in generating payroll reports and providing accurate data for our financial reporting. Your attention to detail will be legendary, and you'll make sure everything adds up perfectly.

Responsibilities:


Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including but not limited to calculating wages, benefits, and deductions, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.


  • Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration between payroll and related processes.
  • Stay uptodate with payroll legislation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Process payroll adjustments, such as overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide accurate data for financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and payroll service providers.

Requirements:


You will be ideal for us if you:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist / Manager in a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Education & Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Payroll qualifications desirable not essential
In order to fulfil this role you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.




Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary £35k £45k per annum (depending on experience)
