Description
As a Personal Assistant/Office Manager based in Doncaster, you will be responsible for efficiently organising the daily operations of the office and providing comprehensive support to the UK Group Safety & Services Director and Safety & Services teamYour duties will include:
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the UK Group Safety & Services Director, including accommodation arrangements as necessary.
- Producing meeting plans, summarising notes, and preparing presentations, as well as handling minutes and confidential notetaking.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the Doncaster office premises, managing daytoday post and visitors, overseeing meeting rooms, and handling general office management tasks.
- Supporting the facilities requirements of the offices and coordinating with the facilities management team.
- Managing telephone enquiries and providing administrative support to the office team, including formatting documents, preparing work packs, and taking meeting notes.
- Assisting in maintaining the offices to ensure they are functional and wellmaintained, working closely with Stores and Depot management.
- Providing general administration and coordination support to directors as needed.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders both in the UK and within the Powerlines Group.
- Assisting with additional tasks as directed.
Your profile:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Strong IT skills with a professional yet creative approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment, preferably supporting at an executive level.
- Experience in a frontfacing role as an Office Manager is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and manage the expectations of various team members.
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Salary:
From £27,000.00 per year
