An exciting role has emerged within the digital team at
MKM for a Digital Apprentice to help strengthen their team.

They are looking for someone with a passion for technology, a dedicated teamplayer who is technically minded

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the 'Web Support' inbox, responding to new branch and customer queries or issues
Monitor the 'Digital Alerts' inbox for system alerts and take appropriate action for the alerts received
Attend Scrum ceremonies and take actions from the stand ups
Assist the UX designers with tasks such as analysis, survey creation, web designs for new stories, discovery of new areas to improve on the website etc
Assist the Business Analyst with wider projects in areas such as processes, story writing (tasks passed to the development team), project coordination and management
Assist the Scrum Master in the day to day management of the software development team taking action to un block development activities
Assist the Product Manager in stakeholder management, attending meetings, taking and managing actions relating to roadmap items and identifying new areas of improvement.
Shadow the Software developers in development tasks and take on small supervised tasks
