    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Development Assistant. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the successful completion of site developments, meeting targets for programme, quality, and cost.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate Trades and Labor: Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, labor, and materials to meet production schedules.
    • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work with the Sales Team, attend meetings, adhere to procedures, and inspect show homes.
    • Deputize and Take Responsibility: Take responsibility for duties as determined by the Site Manager, including deputizing when necessary.
    • Support Construction Team: Support the on-site construction team with resources, clear guidelines, communication, training, and workload organization.
    • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards.

    Requirements:

    • Established Build Programs: Experience with established build programs.
    • Assertiveness and Prioritization: Assertiveness to ensure target delivery and ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
    • Professional Qualifications: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Builders, NVQ Level in Construction Management, or extensive trades experience.
    • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of construction trades, health and safety, NHBC standards, and building regulations, as well as experience in customer service issues.
