Amour Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively for this well-established business who is opening their new depot in
Bognor Regis and seeking a
Customer Service Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Taken orders from customers and processing through an inhouse system
  • Price checking
  • Updating stock levels
  • Chasing orders with couriers and keeping customers in the loop
  • Dealing with all inbound calls

Personal Requirements:


  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous working experience of Excel
  • Confident personality
  • Knowledge of OGL Profit Plus would be an advantage but full training is offered

Hours:
Monday to Friday


Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Free parking, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Nest Pension Scheme, Free lunch last Friday of each month. Sick pay after qualifying period.
