Amour Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively for this well-established business who is opening their new depot in
Bognor Regis and seeking a
Customer Service Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taken orders from customers and processing through an inhouse system
- Price checking
- Updating stock levels
- Chasing orders with couriers and keeping customers in the loop
- Dealing with all inbound calls
Personal Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous working experience of Excel
- Confident personality
- Knowledge of OGL Profit Plus would be an advantage but full training is offered
Hours:
Monday to Friday
Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Benefits:
Free parking, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Nest Pension Scheme, Free lunch last Friday of each month. Sick pay after qualifying period.
