Our fabulous #TeamNLCS are recruiting for caring and enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude to join them as
Support Practitioners across North Lanarkshire.

Our teams are expanding and we have up to 36 hour contracts available.


As many of the people we support have their own cars it is essential that you hold a full, UK driving licence.


If using your own transport, we give a generous mileage rate at 45p per mile and you are also paid the hourly rate for travel time up to 2 hours between shifts.



The Role


As a
Support Practitioner you'll play a crucial role in supporting these individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, personal care, managing personal finances and assisting with medication.

You will support individuals with their hobbies and interests along with maintaining contact with family and friends.

We'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction, no two days are ever the same.

You'll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities and additional support needs in YOUR local community.

Support Practitioner you will be:

Shift Patterns
Our teams provide tailored support and shifts may include mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers.


The sleepover part of your shift is not included in your contracted hours, so you'll receive an additional sleepover payment of £84 per night worked.


If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
