Admin/Showroom Assistant
UC Blinds Limited offers high quality made to measure Blinds, Shutters and Awnings.


We are expanding our team and we are looking for an Admin/Showroom Assistant at our showroom in Hall Green, Birmingham, B28.

As an Admin/Showroom Assistant your role will be as follows:

  • Administrative duties
- confidently speaking with customers face to face

  • To ensure any incoming calls are answered promptly and dealt with to the best of your ability.
  • Processing Orders
  • Booking and allocating time for Fitters / Surveyors
  • Supervising efficient administration of office paperwork
  • Responding to web inquiries from our website.
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the store.
After training is complete, initial hours of work will be:

Tuesday to Saturday: 9am -5pm

Sunday and Monday off or another chosen day in the week.

Flexibility to cover holidays etc would also be required.

Salary:
£NMW


Experience:


  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
