Hybrid working, ideally based near our offices in Norfolk, Manchester or North Shields. Applications from other locations will be considered.
Salary:
£21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 (e.g with half hour unpaid break)

Walking With The Wounded WWTW deliver employment, mental health, care coordination and volunteering programmes in collaboration with the NHS to get those who served, and their families, whether mentally, socially or physically wounded, back on their feet and making a positive contribution once more.

Due to growth within the charity, we have on opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team.
This is an important role for team, working in the central services function, and helping us ensure our people have the support they need to do their work, and to nurture the culture we hold so dear.

You will be a people person, able to form meaningful and trusting relationships with all areas of the charity, but equally happy to work independently and use your own initiative to deal with queries and support the wider WWTW team.
Accuracy and attention to detail are vital for this role as is being a collaborative team member and an effective multitasker with excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs.
The nature of the role requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion due to the often sensitive data handled by the function and the successful individual will be expected to work within WWTWs values, policies and procedures.
