Description

We are working in partnership with a excellent high tech company in Royston to recruit an accomplished and experienced test technician.

If you have a sound mix of
production build and
commissioning skills this could be the role for you Expected to be for a 6 month period with an excellent rate of pay.

The role will involve the hands on set-up, test and documentation of sub-assemblies and components using defined processes. You will liaise with build, commissioning and manufacturing engineers to maintain and improve the output of the manufacturing cell.

To be successful in this role you will have proven test skills including running of basic test scripts, entering test results into a predefined spreadsheet and be an effective problem solver.

In addition you will have a good knowledge and ability in mechanicalassembly techniques.

An ONC / HND / BTEC / City and Guilds in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent is required to be successful in this role.
