Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to implement projects and activities relating to various aspects of workplace and research culture.

The Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN) is a dynamic and inclusive place to work offering significant opportunities for personal and professional development, underpinned by a long-standing commitment to supporting everyone who works here, including underrepresented groups and those with specific needs.


You will work with groups within NDCN, particularly the People and Culture committee and its subcommittees (Athena Swan, Equality Diversity and Inclusion, and Research Culture), to develop and enact our People and Culture strategy and related strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Administration and Finance and working closely with the co-chairs of the People & Culture Committee, the Head of Human Resources, and the Strategic Initiatives Manager, as well as a broad range of stakeholders and specialists across the Medical Sciences Division and University, you will integrate objectives, data gathering, and support communication between and across these teams.


Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to propose and carry out quantitative and qualitative research in a workplace environment.


Hybrid working available, minimum 3 days per week in office.
