Description
Duties:
- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Transcribe notes and messages for the team
- File records and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- No prior experience as a receptionist required as there will be full training provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
