Role Requirements:
- Preparation of written responses using Company business templates
- Preparation of business templates, Excel spreadsheets, forms, graphs, minutes and reports
- Meeting arrangements
- Building maintenance, facilities and operations
- Basic ICT setups and troubleshooting
- Data inputting
- Coordination of Board Room setups for meetings, including catering and refreshments as required
- Filing and scanning
- Reformatting and typing tasks
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Ordering of stationery/supplies for Head Office and sites
- Any other duties as required by the Directors and Office Manager
- Pertemps acts as both an employment business and an employment agency._
