A fantastic opportunity has opened up as an International Credit Control Manager. This role is for 12 months FTC, based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and offering between £45,000 to £55,000

Description

Duties Include:

Working closely with senior members of the team to improve cash collection with UK and Ireland
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior members of the team
Liaising with the appropriate teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Providing a point of escalation for collections risks/issues and incidents
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Delivering service improvement initiative and processes
Improving working capital performance
Supporting with the management of policies
Ad Hoc duties

Profile

Will have previous experience managing a team within a credit control function essential
Will have strong interpersonal and influencing skills essential
Will be proficient in Microsoft Office packages essential
Be able to use their own initiative desirable
Will have a positive and proactive attitude desirable
Will have previous international credit control manager experience essential
