Are you a skilled Repairs Surveyor looking to make a real impact on people's lives? Do you have a passion for improving living spaces and creating improved communities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

BRC are working with a leading organisation dedicated to transforming homes and communities, and we are currently seeking a talented Repairs Surveyor to join them on a contract basis, with opportunities extending from 3 to 6 months and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive surveys to assess and identify repair needs in residential properties.
Collaborate with property owners and tenants to gather information and understand their repair requirements.
Prepare detailed reports outlining survey findings, cost estimates, and recommended repairs.
Ensure all repair projects are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Continuously communicate and coordinate with our team to streamline repair processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Repairs Surveyor with a strong track record of successful projects.
Indepth knowledge of building construction, repair methodologies, and materials.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Detailoriented and capable of analysing complex repair situations efficiently.
Passionate about making a positive impact on communities and creating better living spaces.
