Discovery are looking for friendly and patient Support Workers to support a lady who lives in her own home live the life she chooses whilst promoting her independence and encouraging her to try new things.


Sally enjoys a slow paced life, popping out to the shops, lunch at the pub and going swimming, ideally she would like Support Workers who are proactive and will plan activities whilst they ensure they stick to routines and show consistency along the way.

The support hours for Sally include sleep ins.

So your shift pattern may look like this, 2pm - 10pm then sleep over 7am - 2pm, you will also be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays.

Drivers are essential for this role.
