We are working with
Flick Learning, who have a very exciting opportunity available for a for a
Client Services Administrator to join their team based at
FarGo Studios, Coventry. You will join the team on a
full-time, permanent basis and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£21,500 to £22,000 per annum.

- Salary of £21,500 to £22,000 per annum,

As a
Client Services Administrator, you
will help manage the customer journey from enquiry through to invoice, providing high quality support.
Key responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator:
- Responding to post-sales queries and supporting customers to continue to use our system,
- Maintaining customer records within the CRM system,
- Coordinating account setups on our learning management system,
- Providing technical assistance where required,
- Management of accounts post sale,
- Managing our live chat function afterhours, on a rotational basis.
Skills, attributes, and experience of the ideal Client Services Administrator:
- Excellent customer service skills, and preferably some experience in a customer-facing environment,
- Strong communication skills verbally and written,
- Good telephone manner,
- Highly IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office,
- Preferably some experience using a CRM system,
- A positive, cando attitude and approach to work,
- Familiarity with elearning would be desirable.
