We are looking for an Administration Assistant to become an integral part of our office team. There will be the opportunity to grow and develop within the ADS Group of companies.The job will be split between two companies and is essentially two part time jobs combined in to one full time position.
You will be based at our new, modern office on the South Rings Business Park. A car parking space will be provided.Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling engineers and dealing with associated paperwork and queries.
- Updating workflow management systems including accounts software.
- Answering engineer and client queries.
- Checking invoices against schedules.
- Uploading invoices onto software.
- Raising invoices.
- At least five years' experience in related duties within an office environment
- Database experience and excellent IT skills
- Adaptable and methodical approach to the variety of tasks to be covered
- Positive, professional, and forward thinking
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Resourceful and capable of working as part of a team
- Excellent customer care skills
