We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our site at Barnsley.


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Drive sales
• Maximize store profitability by promoting rental services & add on sales.
• Ensure that a high level of customer service is always delivered.
• Handling customer enquiries.
• Providing quotations to new and existing customers.
• Processing payments and other administrative tasks.
• Securing payment of monies due from customers.
• Maintain the database with customer details.

The successful applicant will:

• Possess a proven Customer Service background
• Have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and have a 'can do' attitude
• Selfmotivated and results driven
• Confident working on your own
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• Available for holiday / sickness cover

Hours of work: 16 Hours per week Thu 8am - 1pm, Fri 8am - 1pm, Sat 9am - 3pm


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
