An IT company in London is looking for an EC Business Manager.

This is a new position for the launch of the EC business, which is scheduled to start in August 2023.

This position will suit to;

Someone who have an interest in Japanese subcultures and goods, and are familiar with the latest trends in the scene
Someone who will be able to develop short, medium and long term strategies based on an understanding of and commitment to sales budgets
Someone who are able to scale the business in collaboration with other relevant departments
Someone who have a venture mindset and a desire to grow with the company

Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.

TYPE:
Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS:9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday

SALARY:
£35-40K depending on experience

START:
Apr 2023 (TBC)

LOCATION:
London (Office base only)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning the purchasing of products for sale
Inventory management
EC backoffice operations
Marketing related work
Data analysis of sales, access, etc.
Logistics management

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 3 years' experience in EC business
Experience of managing sales budgets
Basic knowledge of logistics
Strong interest in Japanese games, anime
Experience in Shopify platform operations are a plus
Business level of fluency in English
Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
