Description

A main contractor with a portfolio of Commercial fitouts, predominantly in Data Centre's are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead their Data Centre projects in Germany and London.

The Site Manager's role

The Site Manager will be expected to take a lead role in the Commercial fit-out of Data Centres across in Germany with sites starting in May 2023.

In the meantime, the Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing a London site, demonstrating key communicationskills and adhering to general practice and H&S regulations.

The Site Manager will report to the Construction Director of this highly successful Main Contractor and will be provided a continuous pipeline of work following the consecutive completion of projects.

The Site Manager

German speaking preferrable
7+ years construction experience
Commercial fitout experience essential
Experience with Data Centres preferrable
Excellent construction knowledge
Background in trade preferrable
Strong communication skills
Willing to commute across London
Willing to commute to Germany
