About you:

Main objectives of job:


To overcome and resolve challenges in regard to growing the charity, working closely with the CEO to implement our strategic plan.

To collaborate with CEO on future CPD training development and delivery for staff, schools, and agencies

To grow the reach and impact of our therapeutic services across all our programmes.

To create a welcoming, efficient service delivery for our clients, families and referrals.


Main duties:

Leadership and Management

  • Oversee all the operational delivery of the charity.
  • Manage the daytoday running of our therapy hub in Bracknell.
  • Support CEO with the launching and oversite of new centres.
  • Manage therapy staff working across our centre and school sites.
  • Problem solve and implement our strategic plan.
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for the charity.
Communications and Marketing

  • Manage all contracts with schools and other providers.
  • Manage referrals for all services across the charity.
  • Maintain and build relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Laise with funders, donors and supporters increasing the awareness and support for the charity.
  • Be responsible for our communications of our therapy programmes across the charity.
  • Promote the charity and events and create networking opportunities.
Administration

  • Manage the administration of the charity.
  • Ensure all staff and volunteers are aware and uptodate with all the charities policies and procedures and adhering to these.
  • Research and implement systems to help the daytoday running of the charity.

Other Duties:

  • Work flexibly to cover the needs of the charity.

Skills/qualifications:


  • Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
  • A proven high standard of communication skills, including written, oral, presentational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Problem solver.

  • Experience and understanding of CRM.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, word and Gdrive systems.

Essential Knowledge and experience:


  • Experience of working with children, young people, and families in a supportive, therapeutic role.
  • Experience of developing and managing a frontline service which delivers a range of programmes, support, and services.
  • Understanding of uptodate safeguarding and risk management practises
  • Experience of developing partnership working with a range of organisations,
  • Experience of multiagency working, liaising with different agencies, parents, and schools.
  • Experience of working within mental health sector and/or supporting people experiencing high levels of emotional distress

Desirable knowledge, experience, and skills:


  • Experience of recruiting and onboarding of staff and volunteer
  • Previous experience of working in the voluntary sector
  • Experience of working with Salesforce
  • Ability to develop resources and publicity materials.
  • Experience of health and safety and fire risk management for premises/office space.
  • Managing budgets
  • Financial administration experience
