Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Mr. Wayne's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is provided in advance.
  • Act as a liaison between Mr. Wayne and internal staff, clients, and external partners, maintaining professional communication at all times.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as requested by Mr. Wayne, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist with the coordination of company events, conferences, and special projects, ensuring all logístical details are managed effectively.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate Mr. Wayne's needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in his day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team and provide support as needed to ensure the overall success of the organization.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by Mr. Wayne.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
