About the role
We are seeking an Insight Analyst to join our Marketing focused insight team.

Collaborating with our Marketing squads, you will be producing high quality campaign reporting and analysis that informs how we can make our marketing more intelligent to enhanceengagement, drive commercial flows and improve outcomes for our clients.


We are looking for someone with a mix of analytical skills, great commercial focus, knowledge of our products and the gravitas to transform their insights into action.

You will be the voice of analytics and empowered to provide actionable recommendationsacting as a central part of a marketing squad as they execute client centric campaigns.

You will be proactively looking for opportunities to test, optimise and build capabilities within your squad and presenting results back to stakeholders at multiple levels.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting stakeholders across marketing by answering adhoc requests, drawing actionable insights and providing recommendations
  • End to end delivery of campaign execution, from optimising targeting criteria to results presentation and review
  • Be the voice of analytics within your marketing squad providing actionable recommendations for campaigns
  • Building and optimising of automated journeys
  • Produce automated MI reflecting campaign performance against KPIs
  • Proactively identify trends and testing opportunities within our data and distill them into new campaigns or enhanced client experiences
  • Proficient in writing and executing efficient code for campaigns, automated journeys and reporting MI
  • Drive improvements in client engagement to increase conversion, client acquisition, retention and net new business
  • You will have a strong understanding of what tests are required to validate the significance of results and data, using this to solve complex problems and tasks
  • Independently condense complex analysis into an understandable format or presentation
  • Present results back to senior stakeholders within marketing and across the wider business in key forums such as the weekly Trading Meetings
  • Act as an Adobe Campaign administrator and be able to resolve errors and issues or escalate to other teams/the service provider where appropriate.

About you

  • You'll have an Analytics background with experience of using SQL in a commercial environment.
  • Understanding of data visualisation and reporting tools (PowerBI, R, Tableau etc)
  • Proven experience of building automated client communication journeys
  • Experience of using campaign planning/CRM software
  • An effective and engaging communicator, able to present complex information in simple context, adapting your style to suit your audience
  • Able to work in a team or alone and effectively collaborate to achieve common goals plus the ability to selfmanage competing workloads & effectively prioritise
  • Commercially aware with knowledge and interest in financial services and products
  • Solution focused mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to use own experience to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex issues

Interview process
This will be a two-stage interview process including a task.


Working Schedule
We are looking for a Marketing Insight Analyst
to join our team, based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is
permanent, full time ,37.5 hours per week,**Monday to Friday.

For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
