The HR Officer is a key post in supporting the management and staff at DGS Health to be effective in their roles by providing the very best quality service to our staff.
The HR Officer will recruit, support and develop talent develop policies and manage procedures.In addition, the HR Officer will have responsibility and accountable for the full employee life cycle and will be involved in all areas of the Human Resources function.
The postholder will be required to work closely with other human resources staff and the Finance Manager.Job Summary a) Provide high quality professional guidance and support to managers and staff for all HR related matters. b) Undertake specialist and general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role. c) Deputise and act up for the Director of HR, as required.
