About Our Client:


Customer Service Administrator, Reading:

A leading adult training and learning business with a whole host of programs that they run and facilitate.

Modern offices close to the centre of Reading and all main transport links


Please note:

There is no on sithe parking and this is predominadly an office based role.


Customer Service Administrator, Reading:


  • Greet and welcome learners and visitors to the center, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of student and office areas, ensuring the premises are presentable at all times. Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Order student refreshments and ensure the venue is prepared each morning.
  • Implement Health and Safety policies, including fulfilling the role of fire marshal.
  • Manage room allocations and organize additional classroom space when the classrooms are fully utilized.
  • Maintain the common room display screen, updating it with details of courses running each day.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of classroom materials from KnowledgePoint, including arranging direct delivery to learners for virtual courses.

The Successful Applicant:


Customer Service Administrator, Reading:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within an educational or learning center environment, is desirable.
