Currently recruiting a Goods In Operative to work in our Midlands base:- Receive goods from suppliers and book in to system
- Deliver goods to the department after they have been checked, either by hand or by using FLT
- Ensure no goods leave goods inwards without being checked and the inventory system updated.
- Provide assistance to other staff to identify stock held in goods inward and ensure it is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation for some deliveries of stock movements and replenishment, to create space to locate new stock.
- Ensure that all delivery vehicles are unloaded in a safe and efficient manner.
- Check deliveries for any noticeable transit damage
- Deliver items to and from site across the UK
Overtime is required based on work loads
