Full Time Parts AdvisorDuties:
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently
- Collaborate with part suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Keep the parts department clean and organised
Skills:
- Organisational skills: Ability to maintain a wellorganised inventory system
- Proficiency in Excel or other inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.
