Digital Republic offer creative 'Digital Transformation' solutions using the latest technologies.

We help ambitious companies to transition to digital business management platforms that offer them internal efficiency gains as well as empowering their workforce to maximise their time.

Our platforms are all based on the latest Angular/React ecosystems with NodeJS backends.

All our systems are delivered using cloud platforms ensuring our clients can scale at will and the platforms can match their ambitions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior software engineers to design, develop, and maintain software platforms
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to design standards
• Work alongside developers to deliver usable and performant solutions
• Have a keen interest in web technologies, always looking toward what platforms/libraries would be beneficial to our delivery

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in design, graphic arts, or a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 68 years of experience in graphic design, web design or a related field
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe creative suite
• Experience in responsive design, accessibility principles, and frontend web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent knowledge of UX/UI design principles and usercentered design processes
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to design for them.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate design decisions to nondesign stakeholders
• Experience in branding, illustration, or motion graphics is a plus

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
